Tank is a single chamber unit. Reserve is
formed by a tube sticking into the tank from the
petcock.
To drain the tank properly, remove the fuel line
from the carb, place end in coffe can, set petcock
on PRI (prime), and let gravity do the rest. No
matter how long you let it drain, there will still
be fuel vapors in the tank.
